Spacious apartment (approx. 110 m2) with two bedrooms and on the ground floor everything is on one level and without thresholds, so wheelchair friendly.
A very luxurious apartment has recently been realized in the former stable next to our farmhouse. It is about 110 m2 in size. The apartment has a spacious living area (approx. 60 m2) with a cozy sitting area, a dining area, a 'hobby corner' and a fully equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences. In addition, on the ground floor there is a bedroom and a bathroom with toilet. The entire ground floor is wheelchair accessible and therefore very suitable for disabled guests.
A second bedroom with bathroom and toilet is located on the first floor.
The apartment has its own (partly covered) terrace, a spacious lawn with flower beds. You look out on a meadow where sometimes sheep walk, surrounded by a wood girth.
Our farmhouse is located in rural Oldendief, the oldest part of Diever. In ten minutes you can walk to the village green with shops, restaurants and other amenities that the beautiful village of Diever has to offer.
Our farm is an ideal starting point for walks and bike rides in the nearby Drents-Friese Wold or one of the other nature parks in our area.
