Drenthe Diever: Apartment for 2 persons (two bedrooms, also available for four people in consultation)
On the edge of the village of Diever, completely outside, but still within walking and cycling distance of the green, restaurants and shops. In the former cowshed next to our farmhouse, we have realized two apartments. We have been renting out apartment 2 for a number of years. Apartment 1 was permanently inhabited for a while and we have recently started renting it out recreationally. Hence no reviews yet (but for apartment 2)
The apartment is approx. 100 m2 in size and has a living area with flat screen television, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen that is fully equipped. In addition, on the ground floor (all on the ground floor and therefore wheelchair accessible) a bedroom and a bathroom with toilet.
A second bedroom and bathroom with toilet are located on the first floor. The apartment has a covered terrace, a sun terrace and a spacious lawn with borders. You look out on a meadow in which sheep sometimes walk with a hedgerow all around. You are most welcome.
