Detached fully renovated guest house in the yard of a characteristic farmhouse from 1840. The house is located in picturesque Ansen, right next to the Dwingelderveld National Park. The very cozy guest house has a private driveway that offers space for two cars.

Layout: hall with toilet, living/dining room (with patio doors to the terrace), kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, combi oven, airfryer, kettle and Nespresso machine), modern bathroom (sink, spacious shower, toilet and underfloor heating), spacious bedroom ground floor with a comfortable double box spring (210x180) and all season goose down duvet, large cozy sleeping loft with two single box spring beds (200x90) and goose down all season duvets.

Central heating as basic heating with 2 air conditioning units as extra heating in the winter or cooling in the summer.

The guesthouse is located on an enclosed part of the yard with lush greenery, so there is a lot of privacy. Ansen is a rustic village surrounded by the national parks Dwingelderveld, Drents Friese would and the Leggelderveld. There are plenty of rural walking, cycling and horseback riding routes to be found here.
For example, the Dwingelderveld - unique for the largest wet heath in Europe - is a 5-minute walk away. But the Weerribben-Wieden National Park with its ponds, lakes and peat bog is only half an hour's drive away.

The beautiful green villages of Ruinen and Dwingeloo are respectively 3 and 7 km from Ansen. There are plenty of nice terraces and hospitable restaurants to be found on the cozy greens. In both villages you can go for daily shopping.
