covered outdoor kitchen, equipped with everything you need in the kitchen (Dolce Gusto coffee machine or Italian Moka (on the gas). There is also a Cadac bbq on gas, which our guests are very satisfied with.

After parking, the studio with the outdoor kitchen is a little further down, where there is privacy for our guests.

Casa Gambaroncia, the home of the host and hostess Hein and Janneke

Arrival in our community Gambaroncia; our house is secluded on the edge and the studio is 25 meters below.

In September 2020, we planted three cypress trees, as a sign of hospitality.

Brilliant (8-pers.) House with pool on 3 acres. terrain, including recently completely restored. Unique location at 600m altitude with great views. Complete privacy, village 6 km away.

Outside there is enough space to play, and parking in the cool of the shade to eat (with tables, chairs and barbecue)

Above the house there is a peaceful walk surrounded by oaks and chestnuts trees. Is perfect for mornings or afternoon walks...

You reach the large terrace in front of your apartment via a staircase.

From the terrace you have a wide view over the valley and the forests. Here you can relax and eat 'al fresco'.

The living/dining room has a sofa and a dining table.

The bedroom has a double bed (18-x200), two bedside tables and a 3-door linen cupboard

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, induction hob, oven and a small dishwasher.

Due to our location we often have beautiful sunsets.

The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet and sink. You reach the bathroom from the bedroom by walking down three steps.

Perugia: historic city, dating back to the Etruscans. Definitely worth a visit, don't forget to visit the hidden city...

Rasiglia: called the Venice of Umbria because of the various streams that flow through the town.

Assisi; the city of San Franciscus. We recommend a guided visit so you don't miss anything.

Not to be missed: the delicious Italian food!
