Enjoy the beautiful Umbrian landscape, discover Lake Trasimeno and explore beautiful cities such as Perugia, Todi, Assisi, Orvieto, Cortona and Spoleto. For culture lovers, this is an ideal, centrally located place.
There is also a fantastic restaurant in nearby Compignano and opportunities for wine tasting in Mercatello. The area is suitable for hiking and mountain biking.

Podere Vibiano is the name of our beautiful house in the green hills of Umbria.
We bought it in 2023 from an English couple who lived here permanently and had it beautifully renovated over the years, preserving the authentic character both inside and out. We enjoy the view and swimming in the piscina on the covered terrace. It is time to let others enjoy this unique place.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
