The house (160m2) traditionally consists of 2 parts, but a third part was added during the renovation. Where the stables used to be is now the living room, with 2 patio doors to the terrace. The living room has 2 sofas, an armchair and a chaise longue, which can also serve as a sofa bed for a 7th person. In the living room there is a 47” flat screen with satellite TV with almost all Dutch, Belgian and German channels. From the living room you enter the new part where the kitchen and the first bathroom are located.
This new part has also been built with authentic details and in harmony with the existing building.
The kitchen is fully equipped and also has 2 patio doors to the terrace.
In the kitchen you will find a 5-burner gas stove with oven, fridge-freezer combination, an espresso/coffee machine (cups), a dishwasher and microwave and of course plenty of crockery and cooking utensils. A few steps higher than the living room, it used to be the upstairs room and is now the " white” bedroom. This has a double bed and a 2-door wardrobe. On the top floor there is the “green” room and the “gray” room. The green room has 2 single beds and a 2-door wardrobe. The gray room has a double bed and 2 built-in wardrobes. All bedrooms are approximately 16m2 and have air conditioning. The bathroom on the floor has a shower, bidet, toilet and sink.
Almost all windows are equipped with shutters and mosquito nets. Behind the house you will find the landscaped garden with several terraces and panoramic views. The private swimming pool (10 x 5x 1.4 m) with sun loungers and multifunctional lawn is located 30 meters from the house.
From the swimming pool you can also enjoy the beautiful view of the surroundings.
Due to the location of the house on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, there are plenty of opportunities to explore all the beauty that Umbria and Tuscany have to offer.
