For those who love peace and quiet, our Villa is a perfect place for a relaxing holiday. Located in the cultural heart of Italy, it is an excellent base for visiting one of the many beautiful cities, such as Florence and Rome or one of the many smaller villages or towns in the area. There are also numerous possibilities in the field of sports, water sports, hiking, horseback riding and cycling, on a regular, 'electric' or a mountain gravel bike.
Il Magazzino is one of the three apartments of our Villa. We are working on making Villa Roccaccia more sustainable and Il Magazzino is the first apartment where we have realized that. Cooking is done on induction, hot water comes from the solar panels and heating, if necessary, is electric. It is a monolocale/studio, comfortable and fully equipped. It has a living room-kitchen, double bed (can also be used as two single beds) and a bathroom with shower, sink and bidet. If desired, a bed can be added for a third person. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, induction hob with extractor hood. Of course, the kettle and the coffee maker are not missing. It is situated on the ground floor, has its own entrance and terrace and is adjacent to the garden with the swimming pool.
Our grounds with the apartments are spacious, so you can enjoy the garden and the swimming pool at a sufficient distance from each other.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning.

In high season, the minimum stay is 7 nights, but the day of arrival and departure is free to choose.
