Staying at Il Magazzino was a real pleasure! The room is spacious enough for two and very well equipped. The room is clean and cosy, modern and traditional in one. The beds are comfortable and large enough for most Dutch people. Remarkable is the eye for detail executed in the choice of crockery, linens and accessories.

You share the outside space with the owners and tenants from the other studios. It’s located just outside Tuoro, a pretty little village with a rich history. You can reach some of the most beautiful cities in Tuscany and Umbria within the hour by car. The surrounding landscape is breathtaking, especially if you can find a spot on a hillside with views of the lake.

Henny and Janny are real superhosts. They’ll make your stay from just a relaxing stay to the best stay you can have. They are considerate, sociable and humorous. Even though they live on the upper level, they respect the privacy of their guests. Dining with them is a real feast.

Because of the location outside of the village you have a good chance of spotting wildlife in the olive grove like deer, badgers, boars and even porcupines.

Pleasant place, just outside the cozy village of Tuoro sul Trasimeno, which is easy to reach on foot during the day. In the area are nice places such as Sienna, Panicale, Florence, Cortona and Perugia. The station is close by, ...

Pleasant place, just outside the cozy village of Tuoro sul Trasimeno, which is easy to reach on foot during the day. In the area are nice places such as Sienna, Panicale, Florence, Cortona and Perugia. The station is close by, so you can also easily take the train to Florence or Rome.
The studio is not big, but with the 3 of us it is easy to do. It is fully equipped and tastefully decorated, but more importantly; It is clean and the beds are comfortable.
Janny and Henny are very friendly and helpful landlords. They do everything they can to make it a pleasant stay. They know a lot about the area and Janny even gave us a mini pasta workshop. Very nice.
A week was too short!
