Villa Roccaccia is located in Umbria, in one of the most beautiful parts of Tuoro sul Trasimeno, surrounded by hills, olive groves and vineyards. For those who love peace and space, our Villa is a perfect place for a relaxing holiday. Located in the cultural heart of Italy, it is an excellent base for a visit to one of the many beautiful cities, such as Florence and Rome, or to one of the many smaller villages or towns in the area. There are also numerous sporting opportunities, water sports, walking, cycling and horse riding.
La Cucina is one of the three apartments of our Villa. It is comfortable and fully equipped. It has a living room-kitchen, double bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower, sink and bidet. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, 4-burner hob with extractor hood. Of course, the kettle and coffee maker are not missing. It is located on the ground floor, has its own entrance and terrace and borders the garden with the swimming pool.
Our site with the apartments is spacious, so you can enjoy the garden and the swimming pool at a sufficient distance from each other.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning.
