On the ground floor there is one beautiful open space with a spacious and well-equipped kitchen (gas fire, induction hob, dishwasher, oven and microwave, ...), and a spacious lounge overlooking the pool. There is also a small storage room (with washing machine) and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms (of which two are available) and a second bathroom with bath (with jacuzzi), sink and toilet. In the spacious garden you will find the swimming pool (8mx4m, fresh water) and a spacious terrace, equipped with various lounge seats and deck chairs with a beautiful view of the lake. There is a spacious driveway where you can easily park your car behind a closed gate.

The house is in a very quiet location, uphill outside the village, but still within walking distance of the center. Tuoro is a lively village, where you can enjoy delicious food at the local grocer, butcher and fishmonger. Even better is eating out in the various truly fantastic restaurants in and around Tuoro. We prepare a list of good addresses. There are many attractions nearby: of course there is the enchantingly beautiful Lake Trasimeno, surrounded by reed beds and old villages (Passignano, Castiglione, Monte del Lago) in a perfectly natural environment without high-rise buildings or crowds. Nearby, just across the border with Tuscany, the well-known Cortona is also more than worth a visit. Tuoro is also the ideal base to explore Umbria but also the south-east of Tuscany: Assisi, Perugia, Orvieto, Montefalco, Spello, Trevi, Bevagna, Montepulciano, Siena, Firenze, Montalcino, Citta della Pieve, Val d'Orcia , Gubbio, Spoleto, Norcia, ... are all easily accessible and all worth the trip. For those who want to drive a little further, a day at the sea (you can choose whether you want to go to the Adriatic or the Tyrrhenian Sea) or even to Rome is possible. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy cycling (racing bike or mountain bike) or walking. The lake offers opportunities for water sports. We have a guide ready for you with well-known and lesser known sights and activities, restaurants and bars, cities and villages, vineyards and olive oil producers, ... in the spacious area.
