The house is located 500 meters from the village of Villa Collemandina and has a beautiful garden with a panoramic swimming pool (12x6 meters, 140cm deep). House, garden and swimming pool are for the private use of the tenant. Villa Collemandina is located 550 meters above sea level, the temperature is never too hot at night. The property is an excellent destination for a relaxing holiday and visits to the Garfagnana region with its charming villages, great scenic drives, walks (we recommend in the Orecchiella Natural Park) and other outdoor activities. At the same time it is a good starting point to visit Pisa, Lucca and for a day at the sea (the Versilia Riviera is 60 km away). The main nearby town is Castelnuovo di Garfagnana (9 km) with its many restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, supermarkets and weekly open market on Thursdays. The house has 8 sleeping places (2 bedrooms with a double bed and two with 2 single beds. There is an extra bed (suitable for children up to 12 years old) that can be placed in the bedroom on the ground floor (the room has 2 single beds ) and baby bed available on request.On the ground floor there is a habitable kitchen and a living room/dining room.In the garden table and chairs are available for outdoor dining (under the shade of the tree) with panoramic views.To cook a barbecue and stone oven are also available.Wi-fi internet connection available.The house is equipped with all the usual household appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, TV, oven ....).Grocery shop, bar/restaurant La Bottega and pharmacy are available 350 meters from the house Supermarket 1.3 km away More shops and restaurants are available in Castiglione di Garfagnana (2.5 km away) and Castelnuovo di Garfagnana (9 km away). After my master's degree in general economics in June 2002, I worked full-time at our company for the rental of holiday homes. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The house is rented to you alone at all times. House, garden, swimming pool are not used by other people.

The swimming pool is open from mid-May to 30 September. Early October in consultation.

Payment terms: deposit 10% of the booking amount. Payment of the balance must be made no later than 60 days before arrival.

Cancellation policy: if the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 61 days before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 10% of the booking amount; in case of cancellation from 60 days 100% of the rental amount. You can also take out cancellation insurance through MICAZU during the booking.

The booking price (basic price+extras+costs to be paid on site) includes:
