The property is located in the south of central Umbria, 5 km from the village of Melezzole and 6 km from Castel dell'Aquila (20 km south of Todi). It is situated in a hilly and quiet position with panoramic views. It consists of 2 houses (YOU RENT BOTH HOUSES, distance between the two houses 15 meters), a swimming pool of 10x5 meters and a garden. Everything for private use, so that the holidaymakers have 100% privacy. A house has a large covered terrace where you can all eat together outside. The second house has a terrace with gazebo and table/chairs.

The largest house can accommodate up to 7 people. On the ground floor there is a kitchen (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker) with table and chairs for 7 people, a bedroom with a double bed and a nearby bathroom with toilet/shower, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a private bathroom toilet. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a cot and a bathroom with shower and toilet. All rooms have air conditioning.

The second house can accommodate up to 5 people. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedrooms have a double bed and a private bathroom, it is possible to add a cot. The second room has two single beds, which can be joined together if the holidaymakers require 2 double bedrooms. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. There are mosquito nets on all windows. The 5th sleep is a sofa bed in the living room. In front of the house there is a large covered terrace with beautiful panoramic views and it overlooks the swimming pool. The terrace is equipped with tables and chairs for 12 people. A barbecue is available for cooking. The gazebo by the pool is equipped with table and chairs, there are sun loungers around the pool.

Bakery, butcher and a small supermarket are available in the village of Melezzole. In the village of Castel dell'Aquila (6 km) the following shops are available: 1 supermarket, 2 small supermarkets, a bakery, a pharmacy and 2 bars. More shops are available in the towns of Avigliano Umbro (8.5 km) and Amelia (20 km). The Semiramide restaurant is 2.5 km from the property (just outside the village of Melezzole).
