This authentic Italian Casa is located near Piegaro on the border of Umbria and Tuscany. It has a private swimming pool (open from June to September) with terrace, a side terrace with outdoor BBQ, and views over a beautiful valley with the Lago di Trasimeno in the depths. There is also a sun-resistant spacious patio with marble dining table and herb garden. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with open kitchen and a fireplace.
The house has characteristic thick walls and is therefore cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The upstairs bedrooms have air conditioning. It is completely secluded with a fenced garden all around. Lots of nature, walking routes, cycling routes, a riding school and three golf courses nearby.
There is plenty of parking space for 2 cars, there is free wifi and you can bring your dog(s) for free. The house is located fairly secluded halfway up a mountain, really in the countryside. You will see wild boar, deer, badgers, martens and other animals. There is a (hunting) dog kennel nearby.
