House has a lot of charm and the air conditioning upstairs was very nice for the kids.
Cities in beautiful Umbria are easy to drive to.

Beautiful fully furnished house with beautiful views that you can enjoy all day long. Large swimming pool. Beautiful surroundings and good food. We enjoyed it immensely and would come back again in a heartbeat.

Traditional Italian house with beautiful nature in a mini hamlet with a handful of residents of several nationalities. The Dutch neighbor welcomed us and could be approached in case of any problems. The house will be nice and cool in the summer, but at the end of September it was too dark for me. Easy to reach by paved road.
Unfortunately a lot of dog barking and howling from the area during the day. Perhaps this had to do with the hunting season that had just opened. Also some Agricultural sounds.
Owners are extremely quick to respond to questions. For example, in response to our request, the pool operator came to convert the swimming pool pump computer so that we did not have any noise nuisance on the terrace during the day.
Swimming water was around 18 C (end of September) for the whoppers among us. Had a wonderful week
