On the border with Tuscany, in the middle of the green heart of Italy between the hills of Umbria, lies Casa Augusto. A fully renovated stone house with a traditional feel and all modern comforts.
Surrounded by green hills, olive groves and medieval villages, our house is for guests who appreciate space, privacy and authentic Italian life.
The house is located in a gated community called "La Montagnola" in the municipality of Piegaro.
Living areas
Bright, open and inviting. The living areas flow seamlessly into the outdoor area, creating a relaxed atmosphere for long lunches, quiet mornings and candlelit evenings.
Downstairs is the central seating and dining area, including a modern kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances and a wine fridge, so you can enjoy your Italian wine at the perfect temperature.
Upstairs there is a large mezzanine floor with another seating area and a fully furnished workspace.
Bedrooms & bathrooms
The bedrooms are quiet, comfortable and decorated with care, and are designed for a deep night's sleep after long, relaxing days in Umbria. High-quality bedding, natural materials and calm colours create a calm, relaxing atmosphere that invites you to take a break and recharge your batteries.
The villa has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, spread over two floors. All bedrooms are equipped with a double bed or two single beds and are equipped with air conditioning for warm summer nights. One of the upstairs bedrooms comes with an additional sofa bed, providing flexibility for families or groups traveling together.
The completely renovated bathrooms combine natural stone, warm wood and refined finishes. Walk-in showers with deep green tiles, matte black faucets and double vanities create a calm, elegant space.
