"La Finestra sull'Umbria" is a beautifully restored Umbrian country house with a large heated swimming pool. The house is surrounded by a well-kept, fenced garden, for private use only, and offers all the peace and tranquility you are looking for during your holiday. From the various terraces you can enjoy a wide view of the green hills of Umbria.
Thanks to its privacy, the house is suitable for guests who are looking for a relaxing holiday to unwind, as well as the perfect base for trips to Umbria, Tuscany and Le Marche.
The house is located in Carpini (Montone) on the SP201, between Umbertide (15') and Pietralunga (15'). Here you will find daily shopping and some cozy restaurants. Thanks to its location 10 km from the SS3bis motorway, numerous sights are easily accessible.

The country house consists of two separate houses with excellent facilities:
MAIN HOUSE:

The house is always rented to only one group at a time – the entire domain, including the guest house, is reserved exclusively for your group with every booking. There is one fixed rental price, regardless of the number of guests (1 to 10 people).
Rental from Saturday to Saturday in high season. Minimum stay: 7 nights.
Swimming pool: the private heated swimming pool (4.5 m x 10 m) is accessible from May to October. During your stay, someone will come by 2 times a week for maintenance. Children are welcome, but please note that the pool is not fenced.
Extra amenities: air conditioning in all bedrooms, a covered terrace with panoramic views, a private barbecue, bed linen and towels included, and plenty of (partly covered) parking within the domain.
Smoking is not allowed indoors.
Our house manager can arrange additional activities for you on request and for a fee, such as bicycle rental, golf or horse riding.
You book directly with us, the owners Elke and Bert – without any intermediary or platform fees. This way we have personal contact with all our guests, from your first question to after your stay.
The house has an excellent WiFi connection (Starlink Satellite Internet), both inside and outside.
Charging electric cars is not possible on the domain. Public charging points are available in the area (località Santa Maria di Sette, Montone, Umbertide, ...).
Pets are welcome, subject to prior consultation.
