Casa delle Rondini is a centrally located and beautiful holiday home. From here you will have plenty of opportunity to discover the unique Umbria and Tuscany. It is a spacious comfortable family home ideal for a family with children, but also for a few befriended couples. It has four bedrooms and in the attic there is some extra space for children. The large fenced garden and the large swimming pool give you plenty of space.

The house is an excellent base for cultural trips to cities such as Rome, Florence, Assisie, Siena and Perugia.
If you like to relax at home, you can enjoy the olive garden and the swimming pool. From home you can take walks through the beautiful Umbrian countryside and with views of Lake Trasimeno
On Lago di Trasimeno you can take various boat trips or swim and laze on one of the small beaches along the lake.

It is also very nice to visit the small beautiful towns nearby such as Panicale, Castiglione del Lago,  Montepulciano, Citta della Pieve, Paciano.
There is a golf course nearby in Panicarola and in Paciano there is an equestrian center if you want to go horseback riding.

In the morning at 9:00 a.m. the baker passes by, he stops around the corner, you can buy bread from him. A wide range of Italian delicacies can be found in one of the supermarkets in Castiglione del Lago or in Pineta, a village nearby. Of course there are many nice and good restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
In short, a stay at Casa delle Rondini is an excellent opportunity to have a wonderful holiday.
