Renovated townhouse just outside the historic center of Otricoli (60 km from Rome, 3 kilometers from the A1 motorway, exit Magliano Sabina) rented for holidays from the end of June 2021. All windows have a beautiful view over the garden and the Tiber Valley that has many has inspired artists and poets. The 250 square meter house is spread over three levels and arranged as follows: on the ground floor there is a large air-conditioned hall, two bedrooms with two single beds each and a bathroom with bath/shower. On the upper floor there are two large air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms with bath/shower, a large living room with a flat-screen TV, sofa, air conditioning and a fireplace. On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen with an antique millstone for olive oil, a fireplace and access to the garden with swimming pool and gazebo with table for 8 people. The kitchen is equipped with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle/coffee machine and table for 8 people. Baby cot and high chair available free of charge on request. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers and sunbeds. Wi-Fi connection available on all tower levels.

Grocery store 100 meters from the property and mini market in the second center of Otricoli 300 meters. Larger supermarkets are in Narni Scalo (18km), Magliano Sabina (9km) and Moricone (8km). There are 2 wineries nearby, Santo Iolo Winery is 3.5 km from the property and Cantina la Madeleine is 2.6 km. The Archaeological Park of Ocriculum is 1.5 km away.
