Umbria - house with private pool

The property is located 3 km from the charming village of Montecchio and 6 km from Guarda, very rustic location with a beautiful panoramic view. It decides on a private garden, the property is completely fenced and has an entrance gate. The whole property is for the tenant's private/exclusive use (not shared with the owner's other vacationers). The pool is 10 by 4 meters, the depth goes from 1 to 1.50 meters. Next to the entrance gate there is parking for several cars, there are 2 secured places. A cemented path leads to the entrance of the house. The terrace in front of the house is equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor dining and a barbecue for cooking. It is possible to eat in the shade of the large oak tree. The swimming pool will be equipped with sun loungers. The house can accommodate up to 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. Cot and high chairs are available on request. On the ground floor there are: dining room / living room with kitchen, bedroom with a double bed and a small private bathroom (toilet / shower), a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with toilet / shower. On the first floor there is a bedroom with 2 single beds. The basement floor has a games room with table tennis and table football. In the village of Montecchio there are: bar, bakery, 2 butcher shops (it is also possible to buy cooked meals), small supermarket, supermarket, pharmacy. There are 3 other supermarkets and other shops in the Basque Country (11 km). Large supermarket, often open on Sundays, available in Orvieto Scalo close to the motorway exit. Recommended restaurants: La Perla (in the center of the village of Montecchio, it also has take-away service), Sala della Comitessa (Baschi, 11 km), Casa Vissani (Baschi at 11 quality, but very expensive), Il Fontanile (7 km from Montecchio ). At 13 km it is possible to visit the Falesco winery (visits and tasting from Monday to Friday). From Montecchio it is possible to quickly reach the main cultural and naturalistic beauties of Umbria, Rome and northern Lazio, southern Tuscany (it is 20 km from the Rome-Florence highway, Orvieto exit). Orvieto train station is 28 km, from the train station it is possible to reach Rome and Florence around 1h30.
