Stay in this spacious, luxurious private villa in Caprara, between Perugia and Gubbio. Surrounded by olive groves and rolling hills, this villa offers peace, privacy and breathtaking views with beautiful sunsets.

The villa is generously laid out, both inside and out, with a private swimming pool, sunny terraces and a sheltered backyard with pergola for long summer evenings.

The villa sleeps up to 8 guests with 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an additional sleeping option via a sofa bed. WiFi is available.

Inside you will find a cozy living room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table, perfect for shared meals and relaxing evenings.

Outside, there are multiple places to enjoy the views and silence: the private pool terrace, balcony, and private backyard with pergola for outdoor dining.

The location is ideal: Perugia airport is 25 minutes away, Gubbio 15 minutes, Perugia 30 minutes, Assisi 40 minutes and Senigallia beach about an hour.

We live on the beach in Zandvoort (Amsterdam Beach) in the Netherlands. We try to spend as much time as possible in our beloved country, Italy. Two years ago we bought the country house and completely renovated it. Last year we laid out the garden and the new swimming pool with terrace will be ready in May.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
