The property is located 5 km from the villages of Lugnano in Teverina and Attigliano, on the border between Lazio and Umbria. It is a quiet location with panoramic views of the valley. The entire property is for the tenant's private use. It has a large garden (completely fenced) with an 11 x 4.5 meter swimming pool (1.5 meters deep). The house has a living room and kitchen on the ground floor. From the house you can reach the Rome-Florence highway in just a 15-minute drive. Orte Train Station is 20 km away, from here you can take the train to Rome or Florence. Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are available in both the villages of Lugnano in Teverina and Attigliano. There is a supermarket (Todis) 50 meters to the right after the motorway exit.
