Had a very nice holiday. Thoroughly enjoyed the view from the balcony and the tranquility around us.

Beforehand I didn't realize that you can indeed see Assisi, Bastia and the airport of Perugia from the balcony. Every now and then a landing plane passes by, but that is not disturbing and even nice to see.

After contact with the owner, which went well from the start, we knew that the tree next to the balcony was a fig tree. And tasted it afterwards! Everything is present in the house (say house: Plenty of space!). Lovely swimming pool! Actually, nothing to complain about at all...

Or: It has to be the last part of the road to it. It consists of semi-paument and can certainly take some getting used to, especially the first time. It is best to drive to the house via the village of Bettona (and not via the other side), because then the part that has no asphalt is the shortest and in itself easy to do!

In short: Had a great holiday and definitely recommended if you like peace, space, privacy and freedom!

Had a wonderful holiday in this great big house! There was really nothing missing! Whatever you are looking for in a house, it was just there!! Almost every bedroom had its own bathroom and toilet. Because of the beautiful wea...

Had a wonderful holiday in this great big house! There was really nothing missing! Whatever you are looking for in a house, it was just there!! Almost every bedroom had its own bathroom and toilet. Because of the beautiful weather we hardly went inside. But even if it rains, there are plenty of distractions. Think of books, table tennis game. Joule bin etc. There are a lot of books etc. There is a large living room. With a TV with more channels than you can think of. Even the Dutch channels. But we enjoyed the great terrace, views and great pool!!
We were with 2 older children (18 and 20) but they also had a good time with swimming pool and table tennis. And okay also with the Wi-Fi :), which was fine everywhere even at the pool!!
The owners of the house are always available for questions! The privacy was also superb. Although there are more houses in the street, you don't notice or see anything or anyone!
For those who like peace and privacy, it is ideal. We have also made trips to several cities from the house. That was doable. And when we returned, that lovely swimming pool was always waiting for us to take a refreshing dip. The winding road to the cottage is the only thing that can be a bit less for some because it can be a bit bumpy. But if you don't like that, the house and everything that goes with it more than makes up for it!! We thought it was a really great destination! We will definitely go back!
