The house is located 500 meters from the village of Villa Collemandina and has a beautiful garden with a panoramic swimming pool (10x5 meters, 140 cm deep). House, garden and swimming pool are for the private use of the tenant. Villa Collemandina is located 550 meters above sea level, the temperature is never too warm at night. The property is an excellent destination for a relaxing holiday visiting the Garfagnana region with its charming villages, fantastic drives, walks (we recommend the Orecchiella Natural Park) and other outdoor activities. At the same time it is a good starting point to visit Pisa, Lucca and for a day at the sea (the Versilia Riviera is 60 km away). The main nearby town is Castelnuovo di Garfagnana (9 km) with its many restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, supermarkets and weekly open market on Thursdays.

The house has 8 sleeping places (2 bedrooms with double beds and two with 2 single beds, all on the 1st floor of the house). Extra bed (suitable for children max 12 years old) and baby bed available on request. On the ground floor there is a habitable kitchen and a living room/dining room. In the garden there are table and chairs available for outdoor dining (under the shade of the tree) with panoramic views. A barbecue and stone oven are also available for cooking. Wi-fi internet connection available. All usual household appliances are available (washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, TV, oven....).

Grocery store, bar/restaurant La Bottega and pharmacy are located 350 meters from the house. Supermarket 1.3 km away. More shops and restaurants are available in Castiglione di Garfagnana (2.5 km away) and Castelnuovo di Garfagnana (9 km away). Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The house is only rented to you at all times. House, garden and swimming pool are not used by other people.

The swimming pool is open from mid-May to September 30. Early October in consultation.

The booking price includes:
Bed and bath linen (pool towels not provided)

Cancellation policy:
