Trasimeno - villa with private pool

The villa is located on the border between Umbria and Tuscany 20 km from Lake Trasimeno and Perugia (the Umbra Jazz City, a famous jazz festival).

It is located in a quiet area, where it is possible to relax in any season, close to Tarvernelle and Panicale, two small villages where you can find shops, restaurants and bars. The house has a fully enclosed garden with swimming pool (12 x 6 meters - depth 1.50) and air conditioning in every room. The entire property is for private use and is not shared with other people. It is a former farmhouse, recently renovated with modern comfort. The villa has a total of 7 bedrooms / 14 beds. An extra bed, a double sofa bed and 3 baby cots are also available. The swimming pool is equipped with sunbeds/umbrellas and in the garden there is a ping pong table, table football and a lawn with two football goals.

The villa has a large covered terrace with tables/chairs for 20 people for outdoor dining and a barbecue is available for cooking. Next to the terrace there is a large living room with fireplace and a TV area with a sofa for 5 people and a dining area with table/chairs for 14 people. There is a well equipped kitchen with another table for 4 people.

There are 4 bedrooms on the ground floor. One with a double bed (divisible) with en-suite bathroom (with shower/WC) and kitchenette, 2 with two single beds and one with a double bed (an extra bed can be placed here). There is also a decoupling with a sofa bed. There is a large bathroom with shower/toilet for common use of the 3 bedrooms.
On the first floor there is another living room with TV corner and sofa for 5 people and a dining area with table/chairs for 8 people, a kitchen with fireplace and another table for 4. On this floor there are 3 bedrooms with double bed, two of them can be separated. In two bedrooms it is possible to place an extra bed. On this floor there are two bathrooms for common use of the three bedrooms (one with bubble bath/toilet and the other with shower/toilet). Cot and high chair available on request. The laundry room is located in the annex a few meters from the villa. Wi-Fi available throughout the property.

The nearest supermarkets can be found in the town of Tavernelle 2.5 km from the property. Two larger supermarkets 4 km away. The nearest restaurant is 1.6 km (Dolium restaurant), there is a pub (millenovento pub) at 3.2 km and two other restaurants at 3.7 km (Il salto in bocca) and 4.4 km (Dal volpino ).
In the nearby village we also recommend the restaurant La Locanda del Busta. Other restaurants in Panicale 15 km from the property (we recommend Masolino).

In the area around Lake Trasimeno you can enjoy tracking, mountain biking and horse riding. There are two major golf clubs nearby, Golf Club Lamborghini at 16 km and Golf Club Perugia at 20 km. This area is a great base from which to explore much of Tuscany and Umbria. To the north, about 20 minutes by car, is Castiglione del Lago, a lovely town on a narrow peninsula on Lake Trasimeno. In the river lake there are also Tuoro and Passignano, both have a ferry service to access the three islands on the lake.
