The property is the center of Tuscany located 20 km from Lucca, 50 from Pisa, Florence and beach. It is therefore a very suitable starting point to visit the entire region. You can visit cities like Pisa, Lucca, Florence and other small villages in half an hour, a day to the sea or in the mountains (the mountain Abetone 1400-1900 meters altitude is 62 km away from the house, in winter it is also possible to ski there or - in summer - walk in the woods). The entire property (house, garden and swimming pool) are for the private use of the tenant.

For 2 families with 5 children, a second extra bed can be placed in the hallway next to the bedrooms, or one of the children can sleep in the sofa bed on the ground floor. There are 2 bathrooms with toilet/shower on the first floor (one is very small). Large supermarkets 7 km away, near the exit of the Altopascio highway (also open on Sundays). Small supermarket, butcher and restaurant/pizzeria and bar 1 km away from the house, other shops and restaurants are available in the village of Chiesina Uzzanese (5 km) and Fucecchio (11 km). Tennis courts (clay) 8km away. The nearest vineyards you can visit and for wine tasting are fattoria montellori and cantine leonardo. For golf lovers, the following golf courses are all 20-30 km away from the villa: Golf Club Fontevivo, Golf Club Bellosguardo Vinci, Montecatini Golf, Montelupo Golf Club, Golf Club Vicopelago.
