The property is located in the center of Tuscany, 20 km from Lucca, 50 from Pisa, Florence and the beach. It is therefore a very suitable starting point to visit the entire region. You can visit cities such as Pisa, Lucca, Florence and other small villages in half an hour, a day at the sea or in the mountains (mountain Abetone 1400-1900 meters altitude is 62 km from the house, in winter it is also possible to ski there or - in summer - to walk in the woods). The entire property (house, garden and swimming pool) is for the tenant's private use.

The garden is completely fenced and has an entrance gate. The swimming pool is 12x6 meters (depth from 1.2 to 1.6 meters) with Roman steps, there is also an outdoor shower next to the pool. Around the pool there are sun loungers, garden chairs and gazebo with comfortable garden chairs + divan for 4 people. Other outdoor facilities: 2 bicycles (mountain bikes), table football and football field of 10x5 meters with mini soccer goals. The house has on the ground floor a large dining room with table for 10 people, living room with seating for 8 people (3 flat screen TVs of 55,28 and 28", DVD player, CD stereo) and a well-equipped kitchen with table for 6 and a bathroom with toilet / shower. 2 high chairs available. The largest bedroom has a double bed, a single bed and a baby bed. The other two bedrooms have a double bed and 2 single beds (it is possible to place an extra bed in the last room). For 2 families with 5 children, a second extra bed can be placed in the hallway next to the bedrooms, or one of the children can sleep in the sofa bed on the ground floor. There are 2 bathrooms with toilet/shower on the first floor (one is very small). Small supermarket, butcher and restaurant/pizzeria and bar 1 km from the house, other shops and restaurants are available in the village of Chiesina Uzzanese (5 km) and Fucecchio (11 km). Tennis courts (gravel) 8 km away. The nearest vineyards to visit and for wine tasting are fattoria montellori and cantine leonardo. For golf enthusiasts, the following golf courses are all 20-30 km away from the villa: Golf Club Fontevivo, Golf Club Bellosguardo Vinci, Montecatini Golf, Montelupo Golf Club, Golf Club Vicopelago.
