Ideal for nature lovers and families who want to enjoy a wonderful holiday in nature together. Numerous hiking and mountain biking trails await you, while an equestrian center is only 7 km away. Monteiri is 10 km away and Follonica Beach is 40 km away.

Located at an altitude of about 750m, you can enjoy pleasant coolness in the evening in summer. The swimming pool 10 x 5 meters. The pool has a salt-electrolysis cleaning system.

Important information:
Accessible via a 3 km long messy dirt road.
Swimming pool is open from April 24 to October 14.
The villa can be heated by means of a pellet stove.
