Spacious apartment in small, rural Borgo with 4 apartments. In the middle of the Tuscan landscape, centrally located between Florence, Siena and Lucca / Pisa.

The apartment
It is a traditional Tuscan apartment, with terrace with dining table, garden with seating and a wonderful swimming pool with shower and sun beds. Ideal place for a wonderful holiday. The apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with 2 separate beds next to each other. There is a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker and a spacious bathroom with toilet, bidet, shower and bathtub.

Facilities in the area
There is a supermarket and bakery a 10-minute drive away in Montaione, and there are 2 restaurants and a small bread shop within walking distance.
The famous Tuscan cities of Florence, Siena, Lucca and Pisa are 50 km away. Closer are San Gimignano, Volterra, Colle de Val d 'Elsa and other picturesque towns.

We have fallen for this nice apartment in the heart of Tuscany because of the peace and the friendly atmosphere. Mass tourism seems far away here, and yet you are close to all that Tuscany has to offer. The apartment offers every comfort, in the garden and the pool you can relax. Also in the spring and autumn it is wonderful to stay here, with central heating and a fireplace, and the Tuscan countryside surprises with its beauty every season.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The price includes wifi and use of swimming pool and garden. Including bed linen and towels for inside. Please bring your own towels for the pool.
When occupying 5 people, an additional 25 per day will be charged for the 5th person.
When occupying 2 people in the early or late season, a discount is possible in consultation!

You can park in the courtyard behind the house, provided there is space and you do not disturb anyone. Otherwise, there is free parking in the village within a 2-minute walk.
