Based on the description, we expected the garden and pool to be a little more private.

We enjoyed this house for two weeks. Very large inside, everything you need is there. The pool is large and nice and cool when it is 35 degrees. In short, we enjoyed it.

We had a very nice week here. Magnolia is a very nice apartment/house that is ideally located between the large Tuscan towns of Pisa, Lucca, Siena and Florence, and is therefore a very good base if you want to get to know Tusca...

We had a very nice week here. Magnolia is a very nice apartment/house that is ideally located between the large Tuscan towns of Pisa, Lucca, Siena and Florence, and is therefore a very good base if you want to get to know Tuscany (better). And the swimming pool is ideal for splashing around after visiting all the beauty that the area has to offer. Montaione is the nearest town (also with a nice old town) of some size and is about a 10-minute drive away.

What a nice holiday home Magnolia is. Nice and spacious with a separate for Italian standards spacious sitting room and kitchen with dining table. The house is more beautiful than the pictures on the site show. The interior of the kitchen left nothing to be desired. Everything was present in more than enough, we have never had it so complete elsewhere! Furthermore, two spacious bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom. At the front door there is a terrace where you can sit (covered) so that you can sit outside even when it rains. You can also sit in the garden and there you have both sun and shade spots. 5 meters away is a beautiful swimming pool where you can also sunbathe.
The location of the holiday home is fine. Within a driving distance of 30 to 60 minutes you can visit many beautiful places such as Volterra, San Gimiano, Luca, Sienna and Florence. But also the lesser-known Certaldo and San Miniato are very worthwhile. Within walking distance is a great Pizzeria and a little further a delicious restaurant Casa Mazi. Slightly more expensive than average but you can eat great there, tip is to just order the house wine, this is more than good, especially for that price. Book well in advance (a week minimum) because it is very busy. All in all, a very nice house with a good location that we recommend to everyone.

Had a wonderful holiday. The only "minus" was that you had to park the car 200 meters away in a parking lot. But this was not insurmountable.
Furthermore, ideal place to explore Tuscany.

Nice stay in rural Tuscany. We enjoyed a nice stay here and with the heat the pool is perfect. Not too far from the famous places such as Florence, Pisa and Lucca.
