Policy
Rental prices include linen, initial cleaning, gas for cooking and hot water. Electricity and heating are charged extra when consumed or at a fixed price. Waste disposal is the responsibility of the customer and must be done in accordance with local regulations.

Failure to do so may result in a fine of €100 to €150 at check-out. Upon departure, an inspection of the property will be carried out to ensure that no items are missing and that there has been no abnormal wear and tear on the property caused by the tenant (e.g. broken windows, damaged furniture, burnt linen, etc.).

Depending on the assessment, the deposit will be refunded. For safety reasons, the use of the wood-burning oven/barbecues must be arranged upon arrival and restrictions may apply in accordance with local environmental regulations. Tourist tax is not included in the rental price. Subject to availability, a baby cot and a high chair are usually provided free of charge. Late check-in is possible. After 20:00 a fee of € 50 is required and after 22:00 a fee of € 100. Any late arrivals must be arranged in advance.
