This is a beautiful villa located in the famous Tuscan hills. This is a true taste of Tuscany, Podere Trosca is situated on a hilltop surrounded by hectares of forest and offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Sienese countryside known for its natural and unique beauty. The harmonious mix of wooden ceiling beams, traditional floors and elegant furnishings ensures comfort and relaxation for guests. The strategic location of the villa offers many attractions such as the nearby San Casciano dei Bagni; the small Etruscan centers of Chiusi and Sarteano; the famous town of Montepulciano; Pienza, the pearl of the Renaissance; Montepulciano and the wineries specializing in the famous Vino Nobile variety; and Montalcino, world famous for Brunello wine. Interior
The villa is distributed on two levels and is characterized by some steps around it, which give a kind of movement to the house itself. The house is located high on a hill, so there is a natural breeze, while mosquito nets on all doors and windows ensure that you can enjoy it to the fullest. Fans are available, but are rarely needed due to the natural breeze. All windows and doors are equipped with mosquito nets.

Ground floor
On the ground floor there is a large living room, complete with TV, music system and enchanting fireplace. This area leads to the spacious dining room and fully equipped kitchen. There are also two ground floor bedrooms (one twin and one double with king size bed), a bathroom with shower. All rooms lead directly to the garden and pool. This floor also has a service bathroom.

First floor
On the first floor is a large second living room with fireplace, a large double bedroom (also a king-size bed) with ensuite bathroom with both shower and bath, a second double bedroom (king-size bed) with ensuite bathroom with shower, and a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom. bathroom also equipped with a shower and bath. This floor is accessible via a wooden internal staircase or a traditional external staircase. The beds have comfortable duvets for cool evenings.

Outside
The property is immersed in the beautiful green Tuscan countryside and surrounded by ancient forests, including Monte Cetona, ideal for pleasant daily excursions, both walking and cycling. In the well-equipped garden with cypresses and olives there is also a graceful porch with barbecue, table and chairs. Fresh rosemary, thyme and sage perfume the air around the villa and can be picked directly from the herb garden next to the villa.

Swimming pool
Your own private swimming pool of 5 x 10 m with a variable depth from 1.00 m to 1.80 m has breathtaking views of the rolling hills of Tuscany and free sun loungers are provided so you can enjoy the sun every day; or you can relax on your sofa under the large parasols for a relaxing moment. The swimming pool is open from May 1 to October 1.
