Holiday villa in Tuscany

This beautiful, detached villa is located in the rolling Tuscan hills, between Florence and Arezzo. The upper part of the house is available for 2 to 6 people. There are two spacious bedrooms and a spacious attic room. If there are more of you, you can also rent the ground floor. There will never be two companies at the same time. The house is located in the middle of nature, with a fantastic view of Arezzo. The house is surrounded by a very spacious garden with lots of greenery and has a private swimming pool for ultimate relaxation. There are several terraces to enjoy a delicious Italian coffee, lunch or a good glass of wine and the surrounding nature. It's hard to imagine a more relaxing place!
The rates are based on two floors. Outside the high season in summer, it is also possible to rent only the top floor if you are coming with a smaller group. Of course, different rates apply. Please feel free to contact me if you would like to know more.

The house consists of two floors, with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen per floor.
The house is decorated in Tuscan style, with a nod to the Netherlands.
In a spacious garage there is an extra bathroom with shower and toilet, useful if you have just come from the pool.
The kitchen is also equipped with a bread maker, so you can wake up every morning to the smell of fresh bread!
