Villa Moriano is an ancient villa located 350 meters above sea level and overlooking the entire plain, from a hilly landscape typical of the Lucca countryside. The surrounding land covers an area of approximately 44 hectares, mainly devoted to vines and olives. Next to the main villa there is a small apartment completely independent and where the caretaker lives, a very reserved person who takes care of the maintenance of the villa while respecting the complete privacy of his guests. The villa is spread over 4 floors.

The fenced swimming pool, located in a panoramic position, approximately 30 meters from the property, measures 6 x 12 meters with a variable depth from 1.50 m to 3.00 m. There are also sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower up to your disposal.
