The apartment is located in Orciatico, a typical picturesque Italian village on a hill in the beautiful Tuscan countryside. A bar and grocery store is located in the village. Within 10 minutes you are in Lajatico, the birthplace of Andrea Bocelli. Here you can find a larger supermarket and a number of restaurants.

The apartment can serve as a centrally located base to places such as Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Siena, Volterra and San Gimignano.

It is also the ideal place to relax. Enjoy the swimming pool (shared with 12 other apartments) and the private garden (on both sides of the apartment). Furthermore, the apartment is fully equipped and fully furnished. Bed linen is included. Towels not. However, these are optional to rent.

As far as accessibility is concerned, the apartment is easily accessible from Pisa airport (about 45 minutes), or of course directly by car. You can park the car in a private parking space, behind a closed gate.
