After years of dreaming about a place where people can enjoy their holidays without increasing the ecological footprint, we have realized our ecovilla in Sardinia. With great attention to the environment and respect for nature, we have furnished our villa sustainably.
Set amidst a lush garden and within walking distance of a beautiful beach, the villa offers a serene atmosphere where guests can retreat to the beauty of Sardinia. The unique Sardinian architecture of the villa creates a pleasant and soothing atmosphere.
Apartment Timo is suitable for 4 people. It also has a large sofa bed and is therefore suitable for max. 6 people suitable. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (190 x 180). Bedroom 2 has two single box spring beds (200 x 80).
The spacious kitchen has a cozy sitting area by the fireplace with another 2 person sofa bed. You will also find a smart TV here. The well-equipped kitchen has a 4-burner stove, microwave and various kitchen appliances and a large fridge with freezer compartment. There is a washing machine in the bathroom.
Outside, this apartment has its own sheltered private terrace with lounge set and BBQ. In addition, this apartment has a spacious balcony with a seating area and a spectacular view.

It is forbidden to smoke in the apartment and on the balconies.
The large shady garden surrounding the villa is a true oasis. With a variety of fruit trees and pickable herbs, our guests have the opportunity to enjoy directly from the garden. If you fancy aromatic herbs for your drinks or meals, you will find them in our herb picking garden that is freely accessible to our guests.
The pool of the villa is one of the highlights of our offer. The unique soft water offers a refreshing experience without the harsh chemicals often used in traditional pools. This makes the pool not only a place to swim and play, but also a source of relaxation for the skin. Around the pool you will find comfortable seating areas with sun loungers, a double hammock and an outdoor shower.
Whether you want to cool off in the water or chill out in the shade of a tree, our garden is here to really enjoy your holiday.
The apartment has a private parking space on our own fenced property. Our site is accessed through an electric entrance gate.
