A region that offers a unique charm in every season. Casa per Sempre is an apartment located on the first floor of an old monk complex, La Bordona, in the municipality of Vignale Monferrato. The first stones date back to 1043! But don't worry, this holiday apartment has been completely brought up to date.
The apartment breathes Piedmont: the typical Italian country style, with a modern twist. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen, a lovely living room and the absolute showpiece: a terrace of 20m² you will not be short of anything during your holiday.
Outside, a great swimming pool built of natural stone (15 May to 15 September) and a great garden (all year round) await you. You can park in front of the gate. Inside the gate, complete serenity and tranquility reign, which is so typical of the region. Everywhere you have fantastic views over the wine hills and with clear weather the beautiful Alps, which you can see bending all around you from the Mediterranean Sea to Switzerland. A unique sight!
It will come as no surprise that the neighbor is a winegrower. This region and the house are ideally suited for wine lovers, nature lovers, culture lovers and explorers.
