Completely unwind, surrounded by greenery and the sounds of nature. Hearing what real silence sounds like. We have managed to turn a ruin into a beautiful home again, equipped with all comforts.
Come here with family and or friends for a week or more to "recharge" and enjoy peace, lots of greenery, beautiful views, our (heated) Infinity pool (5x13), delicious food, good wines, long walks, bike rides, the Mediterranean Sea, beautiful cities such as Turin, Genoa, Cuneo, Mondovi, Bra, Alba and Milan, small picturesque villages, culture and architecture, not to mention the lovely Italians. After seeing the photos, you will probably feel a huge need to leave the busy Netherlands behind you for a while.
CasaSantAnna is suitable for max. 16 people. The property stands on almost 3 ha of private land on the edge of the forest at the end of a tarmac road, and the end of a very quiet village. From the house you can go directly onto the hiking trail or go on a tour with the MTB you brought or rented. No noises of traffic, highway or train. Here it is still really quiet. Here you only hear the sounds of nature. The birds, crickets, roe deer, boars, insects or the sound of a lovely summer breeze blowing through the leaves of the trees.
CasaSantAnna is part of 1 large L-shaped typical Piedmontese farmhouse, which is divided into 4 separate houses. Three of them are for rental. The houses each have their own entrance and large private terrace, a spacious modern kitchen, a total of 8 bedrooms with lovely beds (most with air conditioning) and 4 bathrooms.
At the swimming pool, which is located downstairs on the property, is the washing machine room for guests. Then the outdoor area to hang your laundry. At the pool also an extra bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
There is a covered open kitchen with BBQ, large fridge and ice maker. A wonderful space for long summer evenings. There are also plenty of cutlery, crockery, (plastic) glasses, bowls, sandwich maker, hob, Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother available for an extensive meal.
There are 16 sunbeds and umbrellas around the pool and an extra long dining table for cozy and extensive dining, playing games or crafts. There are also yoga/sports attributes. You would hardly want to leave the site.......
It is possible to charge the electric car at the parking lot for guests. It is also possible to request a high chair and/or cot from us, this costs nothing.
