Welcome to Casa Giuseppe, one of our three houses that are part of Casa SantAnna.  Lovers of Italian life can come here to experience how wonderful it is to be in the green hills of the Piedmont "at the foot of the Alps". Unwind and surrounded by greenery and the sounds of nature. Hearing what real silence sounds like.
We have managed to transform our purchased ruin into what is now called Casa SantAnna.
Be welcome and come here for a week or more to "recharge" and enjoy total tranquility, lots of greenery, beautiful views, our heated infinity pool (5x13), delicious food, good wines, long walks, challenging bike rides, the Mediterranean Sea, beautiful cities such as Turin, Genoa, Cuneo, Mondovi, Bra, Alba and Milan, small picturesque villages, culture and architecture, but also from the lovely Italians.
Come and make beautiful trips, on foot, bike or by car, through the beautiful hills of the Alta Langha, through the vineyards, through the World Heritage Site Unesco, through the Alpi Maritime and go to the coast for lunch by the sea. It's all possible from Casa SantAnna.
Driving through the landscape, you will be surprised by an even more beautiful view after every turn.

After seeing the photos, you will probably feel a huge need to leave the busy Netherlands behind you for a while.

Casa Giuseppe can accommodate up to 6 people. It is a bright house and it stands on the edge of the forest at the end of a road and the end of a very quiet village. No noises of traffic, highway or train. It is still really quiet here. You only hear the sounds of nature. The birds, crickets, roe deer, boars, insects or the sound of a lovely summer breeze blowing through the leaves of the trees. Casa Giuseppe is part of 1 large farmhouse which is divided into 4 separate houses. Three of them are for rental. Casa Giuseppe has its own entrance at the rear of the house. You enter through a large private terrace (south-east) adjacent to the spacious modern kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms, each with 2 lovely box spring beds, air conditioning and 1 bathroom. Next to the bathroom is an additional separate toilet. The kitchen and the first bedroom are located on the entrance floor. The first bedroom has two windows overlooking the courtyard garden with fruit trees.  The stairs in the bright hall take you to the first floor. Here are the second and third bedroom and the bathroom and an extra separate toilet. The second bedroom is the same size as the first downstairs, and has a window that overlooks the courtyard garden with fruit trees. The third bedroom is the master bedroom, the largest of the three. This has two Velux skylights that provide plenty of light. Next to this bedroom is the bathroom with a lovely shower, sink and toilet. Next to the bathroom an extra second toilet. The two bedrooms on the first floor have air conditioning.  At the (heated) swimming pool, which is located downstairs in the meadow, is also the room where the washing machine is located for guests. Then the outdoor area to hang your laundry. Next to the laundry room an extra bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. There is a covered open kitchen with BBQ, refrigerator and ice maker. Plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas around the pool and a long dining table for cozy and extensive dining, playing a game or crafts.
You would hardly want to leave the site.......
Finally, there is the possibility to charge the electric car at the parking lot for guests. If you would like a high chair and/or cot, it will be ready upon arrival.
