The landscape is quite hilly, the garden is located at basement level rather than on the ground floor.

The authentic style of the Piedmont. Partly plastered and partly the original wall. Combined with functional shutters you get a very typical image.

One of the seating areas to enjoy the morning sun. In the summer months this location is a bit cooler because of the long-lasting shade. There is also enough space here to park a car.

The left part of the house has two living rooms above eachother. Piantorre (downstairs) has a large covered terrace. Il Monte (above) has a lovely large balcony with stunning views.

In just over an hour you are in Torino. A beautiful city with a surprisingly center. Architecture, museums and lots of shopping with all leading brands.

In 50 minute drive to the Mediterranean, to Noli or Spotorno.
