Then rent this detached holiday home entirely for yourself. It is located in the middle of nature and is suitable for 2-7 people with spacious swimming pool with great views. With the village of St Quirico 100 meters away .
The house is on top of a hill surrounded by vineyards and forest with a beautiful view down to the alps. Close to Acqui Terme, an ancient Roman town with thermal baths, 50 km from Genoa and the sea, 100 km from Turin and Milan. The house was renovated in 2024 and 2026.

The layout of our house:
-Ground floor:
a cool rock room with 2 person sofa bed 140. Separately located a bathroom with toilet and washing machine and a storage room with extra refrigerator.
-First floor:
sitting room and a dining room with adjoining outdoor terrace or veranda, toilet and kitchen.
-Second floor:
a 2 person bedroom two linked beds 90 with wardrobe and adjoining spacious balcony with beautiful views,.
One bedroom, with a double bed 140 and a single bed 90, large wardrobe and balcony.
A landing with adjoining spacious bathroom overlooking the garden.

A large garden with several terraces, fruit orchard and a private swimming pool 10x4x1.5 mtr with large pergola 14x3.5 mtr

The house is only for rent on weekly basis from Saturday 14.00 to Saturday 10.00 hours.

Duvets and pillows are provided. As well as cleaning products, dishcloths and eco detergent.

To bring yourself:
Bed linen, pool towels, towels and kitchen towels
Bedding for:
-two single beds 90 wide ( or as a double bed of 180 ) with two single duvets or a double duvet and pillows
-2 bed 140 wide with duvet and 1 bed wide 90 with duvet and pillows
-bedroom ground floor ( rock room) bed 140 wide with duvet and pillows
-landing sofa bed 140 (duvet and pillows in large linen closet of 3-person room upstairs
All beds are 200 long.

We have been able to buy this house in 2010 and still enjoy this nice place, where we can receive family and friends; the nature, the silence, the surrounding vineyards, the friendly people, the delicious wines and meals and the idyllic surroundings. The region is still free from mass tourism, but close to beautiful cities and the sea. This combination of peace and culture is ideal for us.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

the high season € 2000 in 2027 per week also applies to the May holiday week 18 and 19 and the autumn holiday week 43
All prices include gas, water and electricity. Electric cars cannot be overcharged.
The mandatory final cleaning costs € 120
You pay the commission of Micazu is 12% incl. VAT on the rental price.
The settlements go through Micazu
You pay a € 200 deposit, which you will be refunded upon approval.
There is no refund of rental amounts paid.
