Pool villa with beautiful covered terraces overlooking the hills, near the wine region of Barberesco, the beautiful village of Neive in the Unesco Langhe area. With a 12 meter long swimming pool and large terraces all for you. With modern kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and WiFi. The villa has a bedroom and bathroom in the living room and on the separate ground floor 2 more bedrooms, second bathroom, extra toilet, and living room with sofa bed. Extra sofa bed for children on request.
The open kitchen with the dining table offers a beautiful view over the hills. On the east side is a covered terrace with a long table, and on the west side a sofa, chairs and table to bring away dreams with and glass of wine with the beautiful view. The pool has 6 sunbeds, umbrellas and garden chairs under an extra pergola with cloth/canopy. The house is very suitable for a family with grandparents, because the house downstairs has its own living area with TV, bathroom with extra toilet and terrace (no dogs).

The villa is a nice base to visit the wine regions of the Langhe such as Barberesco, Barolo, Romero, Monteferrato. The region is known for its good restaurants. No less than 20 Michelin star restaurants within 40 minutes by car. The Strada Romantica route that runs nearby offers fabulous views over the vineyards. The house has a charging station for electric cars.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email.

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge

In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
