A warm welcome to our authentic house in Le Marche, Italy.
You can relax in peace in the heart of Italian nature, with a view of the village of Sant'Angelo in Pontana. It is the perfect place for a wonderful relaxing holiday with family or friends. The whole house with grounds and pool is for you alone, it is not shared with other tenants. The house is located in the beautiful unspoilt Italian nature. 'Le Marche' is a region in Italy that offers you the ideal mix of good food and fine wine, nature, beaches (40 min. drive), mountains (half an hour's drive), castles, beautiful towns on the hills or go shopping. (tod's and prada outlet a 40 minute drive) and few tourists! The Marche region offers an excellent climate, warm and friendly people, cultural value, breathtaking scenery.
The beautiful nature of Parco Nazionale dei Monti Sibillini is easily accessible (30 min.); a large nature reserve for those who want to be active in nature, but also suitable for touring by car. Those who love sun, water and sand can easily drive to the beaches of the Adriatic coast (35 min.). In the immediate vicinity are many towns, often located on the hilltops, each with its own atmosphere and sights. Larger towns such as Ascoli Piceno, Fermo and Macerata are within easy reach (30-60 minutes) and are well worth a visit.
In the summer months well-known operas are performed in the Sferisterio in Macerata (sferisterio.it), this is also very worthwhile!!

Our authentic house is comfortable and the authenticity has been preserved. It has a lovely private pool. It is within walking distance (20 minutes on foot, 4 minutes by car) from the village of Sant' Angelo in Pontano where there are 2 butchers, a bakery, a supermarket and several restaurants and bars.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 1 bathroom with a bath and 2 bathrooms with a shower, all three bathrooms have a toilet. There is a well-equipped kitchen (Jura coffee machine, magimix, solis juicer and kettle, iittala crockery, large 5 burner stove with oven) and a dining room with open connection to the sitting room with satellite TV and free WiFi
There is also a wood stove and central heating so that it is pleasant to stay in the winter too! Washing machine with ironing board are in the annex.
There is a terrace with a view of the village. The private pool has its own terrace with deck chairs and lounge chairs. There is also a Weber BBQ available.
