Our holiday home with 6 sleeping places and swimming pool is located completely free in the middle of Italy between the hills in the beautiful, much praised province of De Marche (Le Marche) close to Ostra Vetere and Corinaldo. Via a beautiful country road (strada biancha) amidst fields with sunflowers, you reach our house. The demarcated area of 2500m offers optimal privacy. The house is surrounded by several terraces and seating areas. There you have a great view of the valley and the mountains with the silhouette of the old town Ostra Vetere as an absolute eye-catcher.

The house has been beautifully restored; traditional materials have been used while retaining atmospheric details. Subsequent adjustments (kitchen, air conditioning, sanitary, internet, decor and garden furniture) have contributed to even more comfort. Around the periodically maintained swimming pool and next to the olive trees are sunbeds with hammam towels and you can use the warm outdoor shower. The pool is not fenced; that is why we think this accommodation is less suitable for children who cannot swim. Inside there are 3 double bedrooms on the first floor, all with air conditioning and box-spring beds made for you. Furthermore, 2 bathrooms with toilet. Downstairs in the hall is the third toilet. The living room has contemporary furniture and the modern kitchen is fully equipped. In the utility room and the annex are a second refrigerator, washing machine, rotary dryer, BBQ, etc.

Within a radius of 15 km there are several picturesque authentic towns with the beautiful Corinaldo (world heritage) around the corner. No shortage of supermarkets and restaurants close by. At only 20 km you are on the coast at Senigallia with fine sandy beaches, many dining options and a historic center. In the house there are books, games and extensive information about special places, countless sights, markets, and addresses for wine and oil producers.
