Booking price is regardless of the number of people (no pets allowed without explicit prior agreement). For passenger groups of more than 7 people, an additional fee per person applies.

Normal consumption of water, gas and electricity is included (meter readings are recorded and consumption is provided with sufficient supply).

The supplements consist of:
- mandatory final cleaning:  150 euros
- Mandatory deposit (if no damage or lost items will be refunded no later than 15 days after the stay): 700 euros
- bed linen (bed linen + beds made on arrival): 17 euros per person
- bath linen (bath/pool/table/kitchen linen): 17 euros per person
- Pet supplement: on request
- surcharge for energy costs: in winter
- Settlement of water consumption (normal water consumption included, only in case of exuberant (abnormally) high water consumption a surcharge of 1 delivery of 10,000 liters at 200 euros per delivery will be charged.


Cancellation of a booked holiday is possible subject to payment of:

- 100 euros per booked week when cancelled no later than 70 days before arrival date
- 400 euros per booked week when cancelled no later than 40 days before arrival date
- 700 euros per booked week when cancelled no later than 20 days before arrival date
- In case of cancellation less than 20 days before arrival date, the total travel sum for the entire planned stay is due (basic rental price for the holiday home excluding the optional costs of bed linen, bath towels etc. and also excluding the deposit and the final cleaning costs).

The mandatory deposit of 700 euros per stay will be refunded no later than 14 days after the stay if there is no damage due to improper use or lost items.

In high season the weekly price is 2975 euros for a stay of 1 week, for a stay of 2 weeks the weekly price is 2925 euros, for a stay of 3 weeks or more the weekly price is 2850 euros.
