Everything was planned for April 18 before Easter, but deliveries did not arrive and planned interventions were suddenly postponed beyond our control. There was a long Easter weekend where Italians do not work and so everything moved to April 22. Still say that we will have everything in order within the day: Wifi, water, etc. So so negative is a shame.

We were not aware that a parasol was going crazy, you can pass on such things directly to us or to the cleaning lady / gerante who then takes action (repair or new)

We will continue to improve where possible. For example, new outdoor furniture will be installed and various models of new parasols and there will be a double coffee machine :-)

Thank you very much for your review. Mosquito nets have already been renewed :-) Next week there will be more (extra) new outdoor furniture and an extra (double for two cups) coffee machine. So you see, we don't stand still :-) Too bad one of you has fallen. However, the house is accessible in 3 places on the ground floor and at the back through the bedroom as well. These are the typical marchegian farms of yesteryear (animals downstairs and live upstairs). I really don't know what I can do better for the score 'friendliness and service owner' (always available, helpful, etc.) ? .... greetings from all of us, Joris, Katrien and the children.
