Prices for a month or longer are by mutual agreement.

Prices include:

• bed linen + beds made on arrival
• Package bath linen on loan
• normal water and energy consumption (max. 17kWh per day which is more than sufficient considering the average consumption of 12 kWh per day)
• Welcome drink (French bubbles) in the fridge
• free WiFi and international TV
• free cot (travel cot/folding cot) on prior request

Prices do not include:

• final cleaning 140 euros (we do expect the kitchen appliances to be empty and orderly, normal house rules are explained at check-in / waste can be taken to the nearby square where there are waste containers (at 100m)
• spacious garage box at approximately 150m (optional and subject to availability can be booked in advance at 20 euros/day suitable for the largest cars / SUV and extra space to store bicycles)
• pets up to max. 10kg at 15 euros/day, 75 euros/week, 150 euros/month and only if requested in advance and approved by us.  
• Damage deposit is 700 euros without pets (900 euros with pets). This must be paid no later than 1 week before check-in and will be refunded no later than 4 days after check-out if no substantial damage is found to (parquet) floors, walls, ceilings, furniture (new beds and furniture) etc. and there is no report of misconduct in the apartment or building (so in case of normal behavior and dealing with the apartment with due care, the deposit will be refunded in full).

Cancellation policy:

• administration costs always 100 euros
• free cancellation (excluding administration fee) up to 60 days before check-in 
• In case of cancellation between 60 and 40 days before check-in, 30% of the travel sum will be retained as a cancellation fee
• In case of cancellation between 40 and 20 days before check-in, 60% of the travel sum will be retained as a cancellation fee
• For cancellations from 20 days to check-in, no refunds will be made.
