Casa Lorenzetto is a detached holiday home with private pool. It has a great view of one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, the picturesque Corinaldo. In 2024, Diana and Herwin completely renovated holiday home 'Casa Lorenzetto' and then furnished it with a lot of love*. In natural materials and calm colors that match the environment. The garden, outdoor kitchen, pool bar in the old cantina and the many different seating areas make it complete! Due to its higher elevation, you have a beautiful view of the Marchian olive trees, grapevines and sunflowers. You can feel the tranquility of the countryside here, while Corinaldo with its restaurants and beautiful churches is less than a kilometer away. The beach in the bustling resort of Senigallia is a 20-minute drive away and within 45 minutes you are in the rugged Apennines.
The house Casa Di Lorenzetto is suitable for 6 people. It has three spacious bedrooms. One on the ground floor and two on the first floor. The bathrooms are also on both floors. The living room and kitchen have been merged into a nice playful space. The kitchen is fully equipped. Herbs and olive oil are ready for you. Of course, the olive oil comes from the olive grove by the pool! From the kitchen with patio doors you enter the covered terrace with a long dining table and nice chairs. If you walk towards the swimming pool (8.5 x 5.0 meters), you will come across another covered terrace. Can you see yourself already? The swimming pool with pool bar, outdoor kitchen and Green Egg can be found between the olive trees. Cabbages for the Green Egg are already waiting for you.
The location The village of Corinaldo has the best preserved city wall (from 1367) in the region. It is enthroned high on a hill. In the village is the 'piaggia': a staircase with 100 steps. Halfway up the stairs is the "Pozzo della Polenta", a well with a mysterious story. They will be happy to tell you all about it when you are here. You can go to the old-fashioned bakery and the various supermarkets for your daily shopping. Do you want a nice piece of meat for the Green Egg? Then they will be happy to take you to a butcher who can cut a delicious steak for you. Prefer fish? Every morning you can get fresh fish at the harbor. Or you can drive to the market in Fano on Saturday, where you can buy all kinds of vegetables in addition to various types of cheeses. They also do wonderfully on the Green Egg! The area offers endless possibilities for excursions. The casa is very centrally located in the region. Beautiful cities, beaches, mountains, museums, everything is close by and easy to drive to. Do you prefer to go on foot, by road bike or by mountain bike? There are many possibilities for that too.
