About 300m from the road and 1000m from the center of Montottone, our house is located at the end of a hill with fantastic views of the area.
The house, completely surrounded by nature, has a spacious terrace which is partly covered by a Gazebo. There is also a spacious terrace around the slightly lower swimming pool (8x4). All this is illuminated including the parking area around the house.
The house itself is an authentic house with thick walls and stone floors. Downstairs is the kitchen with a dining table for 6 people. Then there is a small bathroom downstairs with shower and toilet. Also downstairs in a separate place a double bed available. Furthermore, a room with large sofa, 2 large chairs and TV. The open staircase to the top takes you to a landing after which there are 3 bedrooms. Two of them are spacious and have a double bed with both access to the main bathroom.
The whole house is centrally heated, all windows have shutters and mosquito nets. There is also a shed for outdoor furniture and a separate room for tools, etc. The swimming pool also has a separate technical room.
