Villa Monte Calvo

Apartment "VISTA MARE" is one of the 6 ground-level apartments (with private garden) in Villa Monte Calvo in Appignano del Tronto (The Marches) and is located on the south-east side of the villa. There are also plenty of shaded areas for the hottest times of the day. Here you can watch the sun rise from the Adriatic Sea in the morning. The villa (with large, communal swimming pool of 15 x 5 m) stands on a plot of approx. 1 1/2 hectares.

In the morning sun you can enjoy your breakfast here on your own terrace or under the covered Gazebo. You have a great view over the rolling hills and the "Calanghi" so typical of this region. You have a view of the village of Offida and in the distance you can see the Adriatic Sea on the one hand and the Apennines on the other.
Through the terrace you enter the living room. This has an open kitchen, which is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment).

On the 1st floor you will find 2 bedrooms (both with box spring) and the bathroom with toilet and rain shower. On the second floor is the large sleeping loft (also with 2 separate box springs) and a sink, but this may not be "officially" rented out due to the limited headroom. 

On the property you will find, among other things, a large swimming pool (15 x 5 meters) with "infinity edge" for shared use, as well as a large trampoline for the children! And in the space under the terrace by the pool, a table tennis table has been set up. Of course there is free use of WIFI. You will also find a washing machine and dryer in this room that can be used by guests.
