Welcome to Casa Spiaggi,

an enchanting retreat located in the heart of Mornico. Although centrally located, you take a small steep road to the Casa, but the house's balcony offers an idyllic view of the surrounding Piccinini vineyards. Here, amid the vineyards of this renowned winemaker, you can enjoy his excellent wines, which are included during your stay. Explore the art of winemaking further with a visit to the Piccinini winery, where an on-site tour and tasting is available, upon request with your host Matteo.

Just a 5-minute walk away, the village of Mornico awaits with a beautiful swimming pool, where you can relax with a beautiful view of the vineyards. The bar with shop and restaurant make it an ideal place to enjoy yourself. The swimming pool is usually open from June 1st to September 1st, but depending on the nice weather they may be open earlier and longer.

Conveniently located over 1100 km from Utrecht in the Oltrepò Pavese, Mornico is easily accessible by car or plane, followed by a relaxing drive with a rental car.

The cottage itself welcomes you with every comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, espresso machine, kettle and induction hob, together with a fridge-freezer. The two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed, offer a restful night's sleep. The bathroom, equipped with a washing machine, bath and shower, provides practical convenience. The living room with dining area and sofa bed also offers the possibility for an extra person.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent;
for cancellation up to 4 weeks 40%
and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 50%.
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
